TEQUILA SILVER Tequila Blanco – White Tequila The Official classification of tequila recognizes two different categories of Tequila: 100% agave azul and “Mixed” and 4 separates types: Blanco (white) Joven or abocado (Young or mild), reposado (rested) and Añejo (aged). At Hacienda Doña Engracia we only produce 100% Agave Azul. White Tequila is the first product obtained from the distillation process and is the basis of all other types of tequila. This crystalline liquid is stored in stainless steel tanks where it is homogenized prior to separation of the portion to be bottled as pure white tequila and that which will become abocado, reposado or añejo.
